It seems today that there is an actual travesty of what people find acceptable to wear out of their doorsteps. It hurts me to see what people are willing to walk around in.
Number one. LEGGINGS are NOT PANTS. They should not be worn with any top that does not cover the butt and crotchal region. This is very important. Why so? Because, LEGGINGS ARE NOT PANTS.
